- Grant writing skills – providing participants with a range of skills and mind set techniques to write grants, internal reports and funding requests
- Film making – a fantastic way of engaging your audiences, especially busy people to engage in your environmental message including staff induction films, achievement stories, support for grant submissions and awards and ‘how to’ films.
- Elearning –share your environmental message with your audiences through customised webinars, teleseminars and on line environmental learning, fantastic for delivering your message to audiences in a large geographical area or at various locations.
- Event management – either running of your environmental or community event or providing training to run the event yourself. Includes comprehensive check lists, systems and policies. Focus is on wastewise, carbon positive, low mileage events
- Sustainability planning – Focusing on the 6 areas of sustainability (biodiversity, energy, money, people, waste and water) we work with clients to develop sustainability plans based on the 40:4:40© planning model (40% reduction and 40% increase over 4 years).
- Leadership training – training tailored to each client’s needs to take their participants on an environmental and community leadership journey. Content is delivered in a range of methods including face to face, elearning, manuals and assignments to fit in with workloads and geographical location of participants.
- Corporate Social Responsibility – delivering programs and projects founded on the social, environmental and economic principles of triple bottom line philosophy.
